Can I edit my photos? Like Cropping to proper ratio or rotating?
Our upload button streamlines the editing process. Upload photos from any source and make necessary edits before completing the order. The process is user-friendly.
What is white border option?
Prints are borderless, covering the entire area. If you need a white border/padding inside, please mention it in the selection as Yes. In that case, Your print size is inclusive of the border area as well.
Can't find the size I want?
Prints are categorized asSquare, Classic (most common), and A5-A1 standard sizes. If the size you need isn't listed, contact us by tapping the button on the bottom right of the screen.
What type of paper is used for the prints?
We use high-quality resin-coated (RC) professional photo paper in four finishes:
Glossy (280gsm): Smooth, shiny surface for vibrant colors.
Satin (280gsm): A subtle sheen with enhanced vibrancy.
Lustre (280gsm): A fine texture with a soft satin finish.
Matte (200 microns): A soft, non-reflective finish for a timeless look.
Are these prints durable? How do I compare papers?
Our prints are ideal for framing, scrapbooking, or keepsake. The high-quality paper ensures longevity and color accuracy.
Here is the durability order:Matte > Lustre > Satin > Gloss
Here is the vibrancy order:Lustre > Satin > Gloss > Matte
I don't want a set, Can I get one or two prints only?
We understand your concern. You can contact us via WhatsApp for specific requirements if you cannot find listings on our website. Avoid printing smaller quantities as it is operationally costly due to paper waste. Our sets are designed to minimize waste while keeping it convenient to order.
Are my pictures safe?
Yes! Your pictures are completely safe with us.

How do I ensure the best print quality?
For the sharpest prints, upload high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI) and ensure they match the picture aspect ratio to avoid cropping.
