At Kanvas Nest, we ensure that your orders are packed with care and delivered safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Discount 🎁

On top of existing discounted prices we also offer additional discounts on meeting certain buying criteria. Details of which you will find on individual products and checkout page. For B2B/Bulk discounts, please reach out to us on our WhatsApp.

Payment & COD 🛒

We currently do not offer 100% Cash on Delivery (COD) due to operational constraints as a small business, however there is provision of Partial COD with an additional convenience charges which you can see on checkout page. All prepaid orders are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway partners with additional discounts.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines 📦

We ship your orders using registered delivery partners within 4 days from the order date.

• 🚀 Bengaluru Orders: Delivered on the same or next day after dispatch. If your order is placed before 1 pm cut off time, it will be picked up by delivery partners on same day except sunday and hence delivered the next day, however for nearby locations/express shipments we deliver via our porter service. Note: This doesn't apply to orders which involve processing efforts, for e.g illustration products are dispatched post 3-4 days of order.

• 📍 Rest of India: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days (most arrive within 5–6 days). You’ll receive regular updates via WhatsApp from our delivery partners. If you notice any delay or issue, feel free to contact us - we’ll raise an escalation on your behalf.

For an accurate delivery estimate, please use the delivery estimator available on each product page. Simply enter your PIN code to view the estimated delivery date. Please note that this date may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other disruptions.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control once the package is handed over to the courier.

We take packaging and shipping very seriously - not just for the safety of your prints, but for the planet too! 🌍 That’s why we use:

You may notice a registered trademark logo on our packaging that’s different from our website logo. This was updated for clarity of intent, but rest assured - it’s still 100% Kanvas Nest!
