Our Return & Refund Policy – Simple, Honest & Hassle-Free! 🎨📦

Every piece we create is made just for you - freshly printed, carefully packed, and sent with love. 💌 Since we don’t stock up on prints or custom art, here’s how we handle returns:

🔹 Custom Art & Personalized Prints - Made exclusively for you, these aren’t eligible for returns. But if your order arrives damaged and is unusable (thanks to our dear friend, logistics 😅), we’ve got you covered! Just send us a few pictures, and we’ll sort it out.

🔹 Pre-Designed Prints & Posters - These are also printed fresh upon order. If your print arrives damaged, we’ll happily refund your money or ship the new prints. (Though, trust us. Our packaging is tough as nails! 💪)

IMP NOTE

If refund is applicable - it will be processed in 2-3 working days and amount will be credited in your account within 5-7 business working days.

Return policy - We do not provide/Accept any kind of return as all the products are personalized for you. Exchange, however in case of damaged product delivered, will be processed within 2-3 working days and redelivered within 5-7 business working days.
