Will I be asked for approval?
Yes, we will send draft on WhatsApp for approval, any alterations needed can be made and once approved will be framed and shipped.
For more than solo, Can I provide separate photos and you crop and pull them together?
Yes, we can do that. Provide good individual pictures and we will merge therer individual illustration figures to have combined art
What type of paper is used for the prints?
The selection varies depending on the product page. If it's canvas-based, 380gsm canvas is utilized. Otherwise, our classic frames feature our bestseller, vibrant satin RC paper.
Do you change the picture's anatomy? Can I say something like - 'draw me and my pet hugging each other' ?
No. The illustration closely mirrors your image, so be sure to supply high-quality photos.
I haven't had a canvas frame before, How do I keep it clean?
Our canvas frames are varnish-coated to reduce dust buildup; simply wipe gently with a dry cloth periodically.
Are my pictures safe?
Yes! Your pictures are completely safe with us.

How do I ensure the best quality?
For the sharpest prints, upload high-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI), so we can get maximum details for illustration.
