All our printed products use 12-colour pigment inkjet printing. The additional ink colours help reproduce a wider range of tones and smoother colour transitions in photographs and artwork.

FAQs
Can I crop or rotate my photos before ordering?
Yes. You can crop or rotate each photo during upload, before placing your order. Cropping is optional; if you skip it, we'll fit your image to the selected print size, which may trim a little from the edges. Keep faces and other important details away from the edge.
What does the white border option mean?
Choose No for a borderless print that reaches the edges. Choose Yes for white space around your photo, inside the selected print size. The overall print size stays the same; the image area becomes slightly smaller to make room for the border.
Can't find the size I want?
Browse our Square, Classic, and A-series sizes first. If none matches what you need, enter your exact dimensions on our custom-size product page. You can also message us if you need help choosing the right size.
What type of paper is used for the prints?
Glossy, Satin, and Lustre are printed on 260+ gsm resin-coated photo paper. Glossy has a bright shine and punchy colour; Satin has a softer sheen with rich colour; Lustre has a fine pearl texture and subtle shimmer. Matte uses 180-micron non-tearable paper for a smooth, non-reflective look. The same 12-colour pigment inks are used across all four finishes.
Are these prints durable? How do I compare papers?
Yes. These prints work well for framing, albums, scrapbooks, and keepsakes. Matte's non-tearable paper is more forgiving when handled often, while Glossy, Satin, and Lustre offer different levels of shine and texture. For the best longevity, keep prints dry and away from direct sunlight; framing adds further protection. Choose the finish for the look you prefer rather than a fixed durability ranking.
I don't want a set, Can I get one or two prints only?
Yes. Choose Set of 1 or Set of 2 under Quantity when those options are available. Some sizes are offered only in larger sets to reduce paper waste and keep the per-print price lower.
Does a set mean the same photo repeated?
No. A Set of 3 means three prints, not necessarily three copies of the same photo. Upload three photos in total: they can all be different, all be the same, or be a mix. For repeats, upload the same photo again for each copy.
Are my pictures safe?
Yes! Your pictures are completely safe with us.

How do I ensure the best print quality?
Upload the original, highest-resolution image you have. Around 300 DPI at the final print size is ideal, but a phone photo can also print well when it has enough pixels. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed files, and crop to the print's shape if you want control over what stays in frame. We check every file before printing and contact you if the resolution may not hold up at your chosen size.
