What printing technology do you use?
Our 12-color professional-grade pigment inkjet canon printer ensures accurate color reproduction and prints that last. Pigment inkjet printing is the process of machine repainting using tiny drops of durable ink.
What paper and media do you use & what size?
We utilize 260gsm RC Gloss, Matte PPNA 200 microns, 260gsm Satin, Lustre Photo papers and 380GSM polycotton Artistic Matte Canvas with Satin Varnishing. We produce up to 24 inches wide by any length. If you require a custom size, please reach out on our whatsapp using chat bubble.
Can I print my own photos or artwork? Is it Safe?
Certainly! We specialize in premium printing for photographers and artists. Be assured, your files are safe with us, our protocol is to delete the files upon completion.
How long does it take to process my order?
Ready to print art or photo ships in 1-2 days after order confirmation, while Personalised illustrations ship in 3-4 days after order confirmation and approval.
Bengaluru: Orders once dispatched are delivered next working day.
Note: Delivery partner's pickup cut off is 1pm, post that any order will be processed & picked on the next day, to expedite shipping process on same day, please place orders before 1pm. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Short answer - Yes - Partial COD with added convenience fees, on prepaid orders you get additional discounts. CODs are expensive for businesses. We understand your concern. How are my artworks or photographs packaged?
Utilizing eco-friendly packaging, for art & photo prints we ensure safe transport with poster tubes featuring metal lids for print safety. Frames are guarded in corrugated boxes and wrappings; a lot of honeycomb wrappings!

Absolutely, we are launching carefully selected collection of aesthetic posters and wall art soon, alongside custom prints. These are printed only after the order is confirmed.
Do you offer sample prints for professionals?
Yes! Verified photographers and artists can request sample prints for a very minimal cost of 199. Contact us with your portfolio or website for verification.
